Assist with sign-up and verification processes
Guide GoRide Partners on app features and ride management

RM-Care support personnel (Relationship Managers) are authorized to access only the minimum data required to perform support activities. GoRide does not sell, rent, or share GoRide Partner data with third parties for marketing or advertising purposes under RM-Care.
All RM-Care related data handling follows GoRide's standard data protection practices and applicable laws. GoRide Partners may deactivate RM-Care at any time through the app settings, after which RM-Care access and related support activities will be discontinued.
GoRide may retain certain records for legal, compliance, and audit purposes even after RM-Care deactivation, as required by law.
