Welcome to Go Ride (the "Platform"), operated by GORIDE RUN PRIVATE LIMITED ("Go Ride", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, mobile applications, and services that connect Passengers with independent drivers.
By accessing or using the Go Ride Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

1. Cookies
"User", "You", "Your": Any individual who accesses or uses the Go Ride Platform, including Passengers, drivers.
"Driver": An independent service provider who offers transportation services through the Platform.
"Passengers": A user who requests transportation services through the Platform.
"Services": Technology services provided by Go Ride that enable users to arrange rides.
"Platform": The Go Ride website, mobile application, software, and related services.

2.Nature of Services (Platform Role)
Go Ride is a technology platform that facilitates connections between Passengers and independent drivers.
Go Ride Does not provide transportation services directly.
Go Ride Does not employ drivers.
Go Ride Does not control the quality, safety, legality, or conduct of drivers or Passengers.
Any contract for transportation exists solely between the Passengers and the driver.

3. Eligibility to Use
You must be at least 13+ years old to use the Platform. By using Go Ride, you confirm that:
You are legally capable of entering into a binding contract.
The information you provide is accurate and up to date.

4. Account Registration and Responsibility
To use certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree that:
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
All activities under your account are your responsibility.
You will immediately notify us of any unauthorized use.
Go Ride reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for misuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms.

5. User Conduct
You agree:
Not To Use the Platform for unlawful purposes.
Not To Harass, abuse, threaten, or harm other users.
Not To Provide false information or impersonate another person.
Not To Attempt to interfere with the operation or security of the Platform.
Not To Use the Platform to send spam or unauthorized commercial communications.
Violation of these rules may result in suspension or permanent termination of your account.

6. Bookings, Fares, and Payments
Fares displayed on the Platform are estimates and may vary based on distance, time, traffic, and demand.
Payment for rides must be completed through the available payments (Online, Cash to Driver) methods on the Platform.
Go Ride may facilitate payments on behalf of drivers.
You agree to pay all applicable charges, including tolls, taxes, and service fees where applicable.
Go Ride reserves the right to update pricing models or introduce new charges with reasonable notice.

7.Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellation fees may apply depending on the timing of the cancellation and the driver's acceptance of the booking.
All rides cancelled at least one hour before pickup are eligible for a full refund, which will be credited to the Go Ride user wallet (Can be used for Next ride).
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed as per our Refund Policy and applicable laws.
Go Ride reserves the right to determine refund eligibility on a case-by-case basis.
If the user chooses the option to reveal the driver's contact number before one hour of the pickup time, the booking will not be eligible for a refund.

8. Safety and User Responsibility
While Go Ride strives to create a safer experience, you acknowledge that:
Drivers and Passengers interact at their own risk.
You are responsible for your own safety and conduct during rides.
You can verify ride details (driver name, vehicle number, etc.) before commencing a trip.
Go Ride does not guarantee the conduct, behavior, or performance of any user.

9. Data Usage and Privacy
Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using Go Ride, you consent to:
The collection and use of your personal data for providing and improving services.
Sharing limited information (such as name and contact details) between Passengers and drivers for ride coordination purposes.
All data is handled in accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (India) and applicable laws.

10. Communications Consent
By using the Platform, you agree that Go Ride may contact you via:

Email
Phone calls
Push notifications
WhatsApp
These communications may include ride updates, service messages, promotional offers, and support communications. You may opt out of promotional messages at any time.

11.Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform, including logos, software, design, text, and graphics, is owned by or licensed to Go Ride:
You may not Copy, modify, distribute, or sell any content without prior written consent.
You may not Use Go Ride branding without authorization.

12.Third-Party Links and Services
The Platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. Go Ride is not responsible for:
The content, policies, or practices of third-party platforms.
Any loss or damage arising from your use of such services.

13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Go Ride shall not be liable for:
Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Losses arising from user interactions.
Accidents, injuries, property damage, or disputes between Passengers and drivers.

14. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Go Ride, its directors, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising out of:
Your misuse of the Platform.
Your violation of these Terms.
Your interactions with other users.

15. Suspension and Termination
Go Ride may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform without notice if:
You violate these Terms.
Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity is suspected.
Required by law or regulatory authorities.

16. Modifications to Terms
Go Ride may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on the Platform, and continued use after changes means you accept the revised Terms.

17. RM-Care
RM-Care (Relationship Manager Care) is a partner support service provided by GoRide to assist registered GoRide Partners in using the GoRide Partner App and platform features effectively. RM-Care is an optional service and must be manually activated by the GoRide Partner through the Settings menu in the GoRide Partner App.
Under RM-Care, assigned Relationship Managers (RMs) may assist GoRide Partners with onboarding and operational guidance, including but not limited to:
GoRide Partner sign-up assistance
Document verification guidance
Uploading required documents and details
Data collection and profile completion support
Guidance on bidding for rides
Assistance in scheduling rides
Support in creating and managing ride listings
Bid management guidance
Tips and support to help GoRide Partners receive more rides
Step-by-step tutorials on using the GoRide Partner App
RM-Care support is advisory in nature only. GoRide does not guarantee ride allotment, earnings, bid acceptance, or income levels through RM-Care. All final actions, submissions, and operational decisions remain the responsibility of the GoRide Partner.
GoRide reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue RM-Care services at any time due to operational, technical, or policy reasons, with or without prior notice.

18. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Chennai, Tamil Nadu.

Welcome to GoRide Platform.
Using GoRide, User agree to the following Terms and Conditions.
1.Platform Nature
- GoRide is a global free jobs collaboration platform that connects Cab Owners/Companies and Drivers for job postings and bidding.
- We only provide a medium for job listings, bidding, and communication.
- We are not an employer, recruiter, transport operator, or contractor.
2.User responsiblities
- Users must provide accurate and truthful details when registering or posting jobs.
- Job Posters are responsible for accepting bids and directly contacting the selected Driver/Cab Owner.
- Drivers and Cab Owners are solely responsible for verifying each other’s identity, accepting bids and directly contacting the selected Driver/Cab Owners.
3.Commission Policy
- As of now, GoRide is a zero-commission platform.
- However, GoRide reserves the right to introduce, revise, or modify commission structures or fees in the future with prior notification to users.
4.Bidding & Acceptance
- Any user may post jobs and receive bids.
- The Job Poster reserves the right to accept or reject any bid.
- Once accepted, further communication is handled independently between the parties.
5.Platform Rights
- Change, suspend, or discontinue the platform or its features at any time.
- Modify business models, fee structures, or policies as determined by management.
- Call off or terminate the service with or without prior notice.
GoRide reserves the right to:
6.Liability Disclaimer
- Accuracy of job postings or bids.
- Payments, contracts, or disputes between users.
- Vehicle condition, driver behavior, or service quality.
- All risks arising from using the platform are solely borne by the users.
GoRide is not responsible for:
7.Prohibited Activities
- Users must not: Post false, misleading, or illegal jobs.
- Share fraudulent or unauthorized documents.
- Engage in harassment, abusive language, or discrimination.
- Use the platform for activities that violate applicable laws
Users must not:
8.Termination
- GoRide reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or remove users who violate these Terms.
- Fraudulent or repeated misuse may result in a permanent ban.
9.Data & Privacy
- Basic user information may be collected for account, security, and communication purposes.
- GoRide will not sell or misuse user information.
- For detailed practices, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
10.Governing Law
- These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India, but may also adapt to global jurisdictions where users operate.
- Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India, unless otherwise required by applicable international law.
11.User Consent for Communication
By using the Go Rides platform and providing your contact details (such as email or mobile number), you authorize Go Rides to contact you via SMS, email, or call for service notifications, updates, or support purposes.
You may opt out of such communications at any time by using the unsubscribe link in our messages or by emailing support@goride.run.
Go Rides will not misuse, sell, or disclose your contact details to unauthorized third parties. All user information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable Indian data protection laws, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act).
12.Data Sharing Between Users and Drivers
By using the Go Rides platform, you acknowledge and agree that:
Go Rides acts only as an information-sharing platform to connect users and drivers.
Your contact details (such as mobile number or email) may be shared only with the respective user or driver for the purpose of communication related to ride coordination, pricing, or service inquiries.
Go Rides does not participate in or monitor communications between users and drivers and bears no responsibility for any misuse of shared contact details beyond the intended purpose.
You may request removal of your data or withdrawal of consent by contacting support@goride.run
All use of data shall comply with our Privacy Policy and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
13. Disclaimer
Our platform serves solely as an information and connection medium between drivers and owners. We do not employ, verify, or control the users registered on the platform. Therefore, we are not responsible or liable for any kind of accidents, physical harm, property damage, loss, misconduct, or harassment that may occur during or after any service, communication, or meeting between users.
All users are advised to exercise caution, verify details independently, and ensure personal safety while engaging in any service or interaction through our platform.
